At Cladit Design, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We value your time and understand forecasting costs are incredibly important. We have and always will price a project on a single m2 price. We base our pricing on each individual project, the product being installed and our general knowledge of forecasting tricky or easier design installs. A single unit rate is best placed for contractors as an hourly or daily design rate can quickly get out of hand. A singular price keeps the design and interest moving swiftly as required.
We sometimes get asked to provide input for upcoming projects. Previously, we have advised upon request at tender stage for Rainscreen subcontractors estimating teams. Also we have assisted with Architect’s requesting advice at initial design stage. Bringing nearly twenty five years of experience in façades plus Fire Engineering qualifications to the table we can really help pinpoint specific items or pressure points in a design.
