The best technicians will have a little bit of Project Manager skills in their Armory.  So showing that designing to the end product is of utmost importance and that the science of site Install and material valuation is just as important as the final visual design. Teaching the Technician to favor the build and install confidence to smoothly deal with Architects and Clients is a must for any in house design team for Cladding contractors.

There are several options that we have worked with in the past, from weekly visits to your design office to sit side by side your design team and guide, or to have trainee technicians work alongside me in our office in Ireland for a set time.
